Born and raised in Woodway, Kevin uses his local knowledge and contacts to benefit his clients.  After graduating from Midway ISD in 2005, Kevin originally went to Texas Tech University, before transferring and graduating from Baylor University.  While at Baylor, Kevin began in the real estate industry, working for First City Financial Corporation as well as JA Lewis Property Management.

In 2010, Kevin became a licensed Real Estate agent working Waco and the surrounding communities.  Over the last 10 years, he has successfully represented clients on 200 plus transactions, ranging from residential land to office and retail sales and Farm and Ranch transactions.  Kevin has received top producer awards for the years 2016-19 while working with Magnolia Realty and Coldwell Banker.  Also, Kevin is a partner in multiple investment companies that specialize in rehabbing single-family and commercial spaces.

Kevin married his long-time business partner, Heather Shaw, in 2018.  They have 4 kids and 2 dogs.  In his free time, Kevin enjoys golfing, hunting/fishing, and attending Baylor sporting events.
