Lance Summey

Lance joined Turner Behringer in 2020 as the Director of Property Management.  He is a Certified Property Manager as recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Prior to joining Turner Behringer, Lance spent several years responsible for a third-party property management company that was a mix of commercial and residential.  This included mixed use, multi-family, HOA, and single-family homes. The portfolio contained hundreds of units and 1,000+ tenants.  He was a Platinum Producer each year.

Lance has lived in Central Texas since 2006, but his family roots run back several generations.  He is an investor in a number of multi-family and mixed-use investments, and understands the value quality, competent management brings to clients.

Outside of Turner Behringer, Lance is a member of Highland Baptist Church, a board member and supporter of a number of Waco non-profits, and enjoys spending time with family.

Education:  Bachelor of Arts, Carson Newman University,  2005 and Master’s Degree, Baylor University,  2008
